Million pipeline: Go ahead, stick a fork in it. . .
Developer Aaron Million's fantasy water pipeline proposal, which would devastate the world-class trout fishery of the Green River and suck the life out of the Flaming Gorge region's tourism economy, was dealt another blow last week, when the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission rejected Million's application for the second time this year. Will Million take no for an answer? Probably not. But his hill just got a lot harder to climb.
